Text messaging, also known as SMS, is a tool that Truity Credit Union uses to communicate share certificate expiration notices to customers. Messaging frequency may vary, and you may opt-out at any time.

You acknowledge and agree that you are opting to receive text messages from Truity Credit Union using automated technology to the mobile phone number associated with your optin. You confirm that you are the subscriber to the relevant mobile number or that you are the primary user of that number on a family or business plan and that you are authorized to opt-in. You consent to the use of an electronic record to document your opt-in. You agree to notify Truity Credit Union if the mobile number associated with your opt-in changes.

Consent to receive Truity Credit Union text messages is not required as a membership condition or to purchase any goods or services. We do not charge any fees for text messages; however, standard data and text messaging rates may apply through your wireless provider. Check with your wireless provider for details on receiving text messages. Any costs related to receiving a text message are the responsibility of the individual receiving it. Texts will come from the shortcodes: 75289 or 81043.

Additional Terms as Follows:

  1. You may cancel the SMS service at any time—just text STOP to 75289 or 81043. After you send the SMS message STOP, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS from Truity Credit Union. If you wish to opt-in again, text START to 75289 or 81043.
  2. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you may reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can directly contact us at Talk2Us@TruityCU.org or call 800.897.6991.
  3. The mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  4. Message & Data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from Truity Credit Union or from you to Truity Credit Union. The frequency of messages you receive may vary. If you have questions about your text or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
