Staff is knowledgeable, and beyond helpful. Transferring money, or paying bills with the app is a smooth process. Far better to go with a local credit union than any major bank in town.

It is a good bank but you can not do balance inquiries on the ATM machine without being charged f or transaction fees. And also deposits you have to put it in an envelope on a different slots! Other than that this bank is great! I guess it has mirvprivacy doing those stufff

The employees are so friendly and helpful. I like how easy it is to use the app on my phone. Most of all, Truity is very active in supporting our community and I appreciate that.

In case you live out of town the drive closes a 5:30 right now not 6:00pm as the site says. I love my bank and have since they ran it out of a cash box on Mesa Way many yeats ago!
