Excellent experience

Truity has been my credit union since I moved here about 4 years ago. They have everything I could want out of my credit union; incredible customer service, multiple locations in our area, and good systems like the app and ITMs.

I’m not one to write reviews. It is important to me to recognize Russell Ramirez is an absolute leader in customer service at Truity Credit Union. His excellent work allowed me to learn more about best ways to handle finances. Truity, Russell is exceptional!

Ricardo always a great attitude and friendly service. Very knowable one of my all time favorite employees at Truity!!!!

Ricardo, the bald guy, was amazing! I recently moved to an area without any Truity branches and he helped me identify several other local credit unions where i can go to deposit and withdraw cash from my truity account.

Ricardo was very helpful in getting our cash deposit taken care of. Afterwards, he helped by letting us know there were locations in our home town through other cooperating Credit Unions we could deposit and withdraw cash.

Great service

This is my absolute favorite location in all of Lawrence. Ricardo is the greatest bank teller. He has been so nice and works so well with my banking steps. He is great with my whole family and my preferred banker. Just makes being an adult so much easier!

If you were looking for someone to help you with your financial goals and needs please see Donovan. He is absolutely patient and was amazing to work with he took time to explain things to me and break them down to me in a way that would help me better understand them and better focus on my financial goals. Again I cannot recommend Donovan absolutely amazing help!!!!!
