Exclusive ITM Access for ConocoPhillips Employees in Downtown Midland
Starting September 10, 2025, Truity Credit Union is introducing a new Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) at the Midland downtown office. This ITM is exclusively available to ConocoPhillips employees who have access to the building where it’s located.
Located in 1CC across from the security desk on the first floor, the ITM offers a secure, private, and convenient way for employees to manage their finances without leaving campus.

What Is an ITM?
An ITM combines the functionality of a traditional ATM with the personalized service of a live teller via video chat. It’s designed to make banking faster, easier, and more flexible. Services include:
- Live video chat with a Truity teller
- Depositing cash and checks
- Withdrawing funds with bill denomination options
- Making loan payments
- Transferring funds between accounts
- Updating personal information
- Real-time account support
Who Can Use It?
Access to the ITM is limited to ConocoPhillips employees who have access to the 1CC building. Within that group:
Truity Members
- Full access to all ITM services
- No transaction fees
- 24/7 access to ATM functions
- Live teller support: • Weekdays: 8 a.m. – 7 p.m.
- Saturdays: 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Non-Members
- No transaction fees from September 10 to December 31 • After December 31, a $3 transaction fee will apply
