Truity Employees Pledge Over $103,000 to Support Local Charities in 2025
At Truity Credit Union, our mission extends far beyond financial services—we’re deeply committed to improving the communities where our members live, work, and thrive. That’s why we’re proud to share that Truity employees are projected to contribute more than $103,000 in charitable giving in 2025 through our Payroll Giving Program.
This initiative is more than just numbers—it’s a reflection of the caring spirit that defines Truity. By voluntarily contributing a portion of their paychecks, our employees help fund important work across several communities we serve.
Where the Donations Are Going
Thanks to the generosity of our team, the following organizations will receive meaningful support:
- $46,008.11 for B the Light
- $37,968.00 for Bartlesville United Way
- $6,267.12 for O’Connell Children’s Shelter
- $4,024.44 for United Way of Douglas County
- $3,604.00 for United Way of Greater Kansas City
- $2,195.08 for Houston United Way
- $2,075.00 for Johnson County Christmas Bureau
These organizations play vital roles in their communities—from supporting families in crisis to providing educational resources, housing, and health services.
More Than Dollars: Hands-On Giving
In addition to these monetary donations, Truity employees recently assembled and donated 40 bicycles for children in need in Bartlesville and Dewey, OK, as well as Lawrence and Olathe, KS. These bikes are more than gifts—they’re opportunities for freedom, joy, and healthy fun.
