Where is the secure message center in digital banking?

  1. Log in to go to Secure Messaging in Digital Banking
  2. Or select the Message tile on your online/app dashboard
  3. Click/tap Type a message at the bottom of the chat window
  4. Type your message and click Send or tap the paper airplane arrow send button on the app
  5. A member representative will be in contact with you within 24 business hours to assist you
