  • Internal Transfers: Transfer funds from your Truity checking or savings account to your loan.
  • External Transfers: Set up transfers from another financial institution. These can be one-time or recurring and typically take 3–5 business days to process.

🔁 Autopay Setup (Free)

  • No direct form online — members should:

🌐 Online ACH Payment ($2.95 Fee)

  • Make one-time or recurring payments directly from another bank account. Payments usually post within 2 business days.

📞 Pay by Phone

    • Call 800.897.6991 to make a payment.
    • No fee if the payment is made from your Truity account.
    • A fee applies only if you're using a debit card, credit card, or external bank account (ACH):
      • $20 or 3% of the payment amount, whichever is greater.

🏦 In-Person Payments (Free)
