What is an ITM?
An Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) represents the future of banking. It always functions as a standard ATM but can offer more personal or complex services through interactive video technology between members and a live Truity Credit Union specialist.ITMs offer members the ability to handle banking needs with personal face-to-face interaction with one of our specialists–all from your vehicle. The specialist will guide you and answer questions about your accounts. Non-members will only be able to access the ATM features.
