I am not able to see my account balance in digital banking

  1. (App) Tap the slideout menu button at the top left of your screen (3 lines stacked)
  2. (Online) Click the account name located at the bottom of the left hand side list menu
  3. Select the ^ next to the account name to bring up the slide up menu.
  4. Select Settings
  5. Select "Truity FCU" under Accounts
  6. Next to "Show Running Balance" flip the toggle to the on position
  7. You should now see your balance
