I am not able to see my account balance in digital banking
- (App) Tap the slideout menu button at the top left of your screen (3 lines stacked)
- (Online) Click the account name located at the bottom of the left hand side list menu
- Select the ^ next to the account name to bring up the slide up menu.
- Select Settings
- Select "Truity FCU" under Accounts
- Next to "Show Running Balance" flip the toggle to the on position
- You should now see your balance
