How long does a PayDirect payment take to process?
Payments made from an eligible Truity account may post to your loan near real time. Payments made from an external bank account generally take 1–2 business days.
PayDirect begins processing payments daily at approximately 2:00 PM CT. Payments submitted after the cutoff may begin processing on the next business day or on the scheduled date.
