How do I update personal information in digital banking?

Editing your profile allows you to change your profile picture (avatar), preferred first name, address, phone number and contact info.

Online Banking

  1. Login to digital banking
  2. Click the gray circle at the top right of the page with your first initial - or your profile picture if you have one selected
  3. Click Settings
  4. Edit your profile information on the following page

Truity app

  1. Tap the gray circle at the top right of the page containing your first initial - or your profile picture if you have one selected
