How do I report a scam email, phone call, or text message

FRAUD/SCAM EMAIL

If you believe you've received a Truity-related phishing email, follow these steps right away:

  1. Forward the entire email to ReportScams@TruityCU.org.
  2. Do not alter the subject line or forward the message as an attachment.
  3. Delete the suspicious email from your inbox.

We'll look into it and email you a response to inform you if it is fraudulent. In the meantime, don't click links or download attachments within the suspicious email.

FRAUD PHONE CALL

If you receive a fraudulent phone call, send the number and the nature of the call to ReportScams@TruityCU.org.

FRAUD TEXT MESSAGE

If you receive a fraudulent text message, send the number and a screenshot of the text to ReportScams@TruityCU.org. Do not click on any links.
