How do I make a one-time loan payment in PayDirect?

You can make a one-time PayDirect payment from an eligible Truity checking or savings account or from a linked and verified external checking or savings account.

1. Sign in to Truity Digital Banking and select Payments > PayDirect.

2. Confirm the loan under Select Loan to Pay.

3. Under Select Account to Pay From, choose the Truity or external account you want to use.

4. Select Payment Options and choose your payment amount.

5. Under Repeats, select One-time and review the Deliver Date.

6. Select Pay, review the details, and select Confirm.

Payments from eligible Truity accounts may post near real time. Timing for external account payments depends on the payment method and scheduled Deliver Date.
