How do I edit or cancel a scheduled PayDirect payment?

You can generally edit or cancel a scheduled PayDirect payment until processing begins.

Open PayDirect and select the scheduled payment. Select Edit to change the payment or Delete to cancel it, then follow the prompts to confirm your change.

Once a payment has begun processing, it cannot be edited or canceled.
