How do I delete accounts from the transfer list?

  • Digital Banking
  1. Login to Digital Banking online or on the Truity App
  2. Online: Click on "Transfers" on the left side menu
  3. Truity App: Tap the menu icon on the top left (3 lines stacked vertically), tap "Transfers" on the slide out menu
  4. Online: select "External accounts"
  5. Online: Click on the account you want to remove
  6. Online: Click "Remove account"
  7. Truity App: Tap the grayed text below the "Make a transfer" heading
  8. Tap the account you want to remove
  9. Tap "Remove" at the top right

If the accounts are not available to delete in Digital Banking, please click on Support and send us a message to request the deletion. One of our member consultants will be able to process the request for you.
