How do I change my contact information?

Editing your profile allows you to change your profile picture (avatar), preferred first name, address, and contact info.

Online Banking

  1. Log in to digital banking.
  2. Click the gray circle at the top right of the page with your first initial or profile picture if you have one selected.
  3. Click Settings
  4. Edit your profile information on the following page.

Alternative Online Banking Method:

  1. Click "My Profile" at the bottom of the left-side menu
  2. Click Settings
  3. Edit your profile information on the following page

Truity app

  1. Tap the gray circle at the top right of the page containing your first initial or profile picture if you have one selected.
  2. Edit your profile information on the following page.

  1. Tap the menu button at the top left of the app (3 lines stacked vertically)
  2. Tap your name at the bottom of the menu
  3. Tap Settings
