How do I access my 1098 information?

If you have a mortgage with Truity, your 1098 tax information will be mailed to you by the end of January.

To access your 1098 now through digital banking, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to digital banking. If you haven’t enrolled for e-Docs, you’ll need to do that first.
  2. Select your mortgage loan in the Accounts list.
  3. Choose Manage Mortgages and you’ll be redirected to the Truity Mortgages screen.
  4. Select Statements Documents.
  5. Print or save your Mortgage Interest Statement tax document.
