How can I switch profiles in digital baking?

Digital Banking allows users to add multiple profiles on a single device. This is helpful for members who have more than one digital banking login (for example, multiple memberships or personal and business accounts). Once a profile is added, users can easily switch between profiles without signing out.

 

Important: Each profile must already be enrolled in digital banking before it can be added.

 

If you have more than one account with Truity, you can switch profiles within the Truity app. 

How to Add a Profile

  1. Open the Banno Mobile app.
  2. Press and hold your profile avatar.
  3. When the Select profile window appears at the bottom of the screen, select Add profile.
  4. Review and accept the user agreement.
  5. Sign in to the second profile using its username and password.
  6. If prompted:
    • Answer the security question.
    • Complete the profile information form and select Done.
  7. Create and enter a PIN for the new profile.

 

Once multiple profiles have been added in Digital Banking, users can easily switch between them without re-entering usernames and passwords. This helps members manage multiple accounts quickly and securely.

How to Switch Between Profiles

  1. Open the Banno Mobile app.
  2. Press and hold the user profile avatar.
  3. When the Select profile window appears, choose the profile you want to access.
  4. Enter the PIN associated with that profile.

The selected profile will open immediately.

 

Push Notifications

  • Devices with multiple profiles will receive push notifications for all signed-in profiles.
  • Notifications are profile-specific, helping users stay informed across accounts.
