Frequently Asked Questions

If you have more than one account with Truity, you can switch profiles within the Truity app.

To set up:

1. Tap the slideout menu button at the top left of your screen (3 lines stacked)
2. Tap the ^ next to the account name to bring up the slide up menu.
3. In the menu, expand user information and select Add Profile
4. Enter Username and Password of the account you are wanting to add
5. Enter the two-factor authentication number you received to verify account
6. Create an account passcode
7. You can now switch between accounts!

Switch between accounts:

1. Once the initial set up is complete, you can switch between accounts at any time.
2. In the menu, expand user information and select Switch Profile
3. Select the correct account from the profile list
4. Enter account passcode
