How can I sign up for Skip a Pay?

Need a little extra spending money? We can help—skip your next loan payment! Pay a $38 fee and use the money you would have paid on your loan for something else. Here are some ways you can skip your next loan payment:

  1. In Digital Banking, click Skip A Pay on the left side menu or from the Truity app, tap the menu icon (3 lines stacked vertically) at the top left. Tap Payments and then Skip A Pay.
  2. Call us at 800.897.6991.
  3. Type "Chat" to speak with a member representative.
