How can I open a new share through the online application if I already have a Truity account?

There are two ways to open a new share. The fastest approach is to add an account in digital banking from the menu options. Otherwise, you can add a new share via our online application by following the steps below:

 

  1. Visit https://join.truitycu.org. Click the "Log In" button at the page's top-right corner.
  2. Enter the email address that is the primary email address on your account when prompted, and click "Log In."
  3. You'll receive a verification code via email. Enter this 6-digit code in the provided field. Remember, employees would never ask you for this code.
  4. Enter your Social Security Number (SSN) to verify your identity for security reasons. After entering your SSN, click "Next."
  5. You will be logged into the online application if all information is correct. From here, you can open new available shares, enroll in services for those shares, and enroll or sign into Digital Banking.
