Do I need to contact my employer or HR when using Pinwheel?
If your payroll provider or employer is supported, you can usually complete the switch electronically without contacting HR or filling out a paper form. If your employer is not supported or the request cannot be completed electronically, you may need to use a direct deposit form provided by Pinwheel or contact your employer�s payroll or HR department.
