A Smarter Way to Bank: ITMs Are Coming to Downtown Bartlesville
Our downtown Bartlesville branch is getting a modern upgrade to the way our members handle everyday banking. Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) are coming soon, bringing the convenience of an ATM with the personal service of a Live Teller.
Some of you might have already used our drive-thru ITMs located in Dewey and at our Washington South location.
What is an ITM?
At first glance, an ITM looks like a traditional ATM, but it offers so much more. With just a tap of a button, you can connect to a Live Teller via video. That means you can complete deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and choose whether you would like a friendly teller to guide you through each step or do it by yourself.

Coming soon to Downtown Bartlesville
Starting this summer, we’ll begin updating our drive-thru with these new machines. We’ll replace our current machines in two phases, so the drive-thru will never be fully closed. The result will be a faster, more flexible banking experience designed with you in mind.
New Live Teller Assistance Hours
Monday-Friday 8:00 AM- 7:00 PM
Saturday 9:00 AM- 1:00 PM
Outside of these hours, the ITM functions as a self-service ATM and still allows you to make withdrawals, transfers, cash and check deposits, loan payments, and more.
