We’ve received reports of unauthorized transactions affecting some members’ debit cards.

We encourage all members to regularly review your recent transactions. You can do this anytime in Digital Banking or by calling us at 1.800.897.6991. If you notice any unusual activity, please turn off your debit card immediately. You can do this quickly in Digital Banking:

How to turn off your debit card:

  1. Log in to Digital Banking on your computer or smartphone
  2. Scroll down to Card Management
  3. Select your debit card
  4. Toggle the switch next to the card name and number to turn the card off

You can turn the card back on at any time using the same switch
