Text banking is a free service which allows you to quickly request and receive account information via text message. Truity offers two unique text banking services; account text banking (allows you to keep track of your deposit and loan accounts) and credit card text banking (provides specialized text banking for your VISA card). No smartphone required.
With Account Text Banking you can:
- Get real-time balances on your accounts
- See recent transactions
Want to use Text Banking?
Enroll Your Device
- Log on to Truity Mobile Banking Center. If you have not registered for mobile banking, you will need to complete the registration.
- Log on with your mobile banking credentials (or register), click "Add Mobile Device" and activate your phone.
- You will be sent a text message from #46379 and given an activation code. Simply reply to the text with your activation code and begin text banking.
Once set up, send any of these keywords to 46379:

The Credit Union does not charge a fee for Text Banking. However, third party message rates may apply. These include fees your wireless carrier may charge you for text messaging services. Check with your wireless carrier for details regarding your specific wireless plan and text messaging charges that may apply.
