Sending a Secure Message in Digital Banking

First, log into Digital Banking via mobile or your desktop, then follow the steps below.

To access secure messaging via desktop:

  1. Click the envelope icon in the top right corner
  2. Click “Start a conversation”
  3. On the next screen, you can send a general message, or click the plus sign to ask questions about specific accounts or transactions
  4. Then click the orange “Send” button

To access secure messaging via mobile app:

  1. Tap the 3 lines in the top left corner
  2. Select “Messages.”
  3. Next, tap the plus sign in the top right corner to open a messaging screen
  4. Choose the plus sign to ask questions or send messages about specific accounts or transactions
  5. Then click the paper airplane icon on the right to send
