Why would my check be rejected? - FAQ

Answer

There are many reasons a check may be rejected when being deposited remotely. You may want to check to see that the image of the check is clear, the check is made out to an account holder, and the check is completely filled out and endorsed.  If the problem continues please contact Truity Credit Union at 1.800.897.6991 or send an email to talk2us@truitycu.org.
