How do I set up multiple credit cards in online banking? - FAQ


The first time you arrive at the credit cards tab inside of online banking, a wizard will prompt you to put in your card number. Once you have set up a card, the website will default to that card when you visit the credit cards tab. In order to add an additional card, you will need to go to the credit cards tab and select the following:

Services>>Manage Cards>>Add Card

You will need to add additional information about the credit card you are trying to add, including card number, name on account and email address. If you encounter issues, double check the card number and email address. It needs to match exactly what is on file. To verify card information held on file, please call us at 1.800.897.6991.
