How do I reset my password? - FAQ


There are two options for resetting your password:

Reset Option 1

Reset your password via the log on screen.
  1. Click Reset Password
  2. Enter your ID, email address on file, and a subject for the password reset email
  3. Check your email inbox for the password reset email and click on the link provided
  4. Answer the password reset question you created at initial log on
  5. Enter a new password

Reset Option 2

If you wish to change your password and have already gained initial access to online banking, you can do the following:
  1. Log in to Online Banking
  2. Click on the My Profile tab
  3. Fill out the following fields:
    • Enter Current – current password you used to log on
    • Enter New – new password you want to establish
    • Enter New Again – confirm the new password you want to establish
