How do I change my Mobile Banking user ID?


There are two ways you can change or reset your mobile banking username.

If you know your current mobile username, you can log into the mobile app, open the mobile menu on the left, and choose Manage Credentials from the menu. This will open a window where you can click the Change UserID link. The screen will change and you will be able to type your new username into a textbox. With this option you do not have to change your password or security questions.

If you do not know, or cannot remember, your current mobile username, you can go through the Reset Password option to change or reset your username. With this option you will have to reset your password and security questions in order to change your username.
