Will I receive unsolicited text messages? - FAQ

No. You will only receive messages when you specifically request them with one of the Text Banking commands, or if you subscribe to Mobile Alerts.

Will my mobile username/password be the same as my online banking username/password? - FAQ

You will be required to create your own username/password combination. It will not automatically default to the Online Banking username/password combination.

Will pending transactions be available in mobile banking? - FAQ

While a total pending transaction amount is available, specific transactions will not be able to be viewed until the transaction posts.
