Sara Freeman

Sara has fifteen years of experience in Business Development at Truity Credit Union. She is a dynamic speaker with a fresh perspective on traditional financial topics, providing resources for our community partners through seminars, community support, and financial education. Sara specializes in new employee training, event planning, and board development. Currently, she serves on the boards for the Bartlesville Regional United Way and the Bartlesville Community Foundation. She is also a member of Bartlesville’s City Planning Commission.

Nicole McKinney

Community Advocate

Nicole has over five years of business development experience at Truity. She specializes in event coordinating for community partners and financial education as well as conducting group presentations. Giving back, growing relationships and providing unsurpassed service to Bartlesville area communities, is what inspires and drives her role as a Community Advocate. Currently, she serves on the boards for the Cottage of Bartlesville, Bartlesville Public Schools Foundation and was recently appointed President for Young Professionals of Bartlesville. She is also a graduate of Leadership Bartlesville Class 27 (2017) and works as an advocate with the Bartlesville Chamber.

Audra has over 13 years of combined experience in management, networking and marketing. She works with local businesses, in Lawrence, KS, to offer credit union membership and services to their employees and family members. Giving back to the Lawrence community and growing relationships are her passions. She currently serves on the Douglas County CASA Board of Directors and has roles as Lawrence Chamber Envoy Co-Chair and President for the Lawrence Women’s Network. She is also involved in Lawrence One Million Cups and volunteers at Toys for Tots.

Emily has over 12 years of combined experience in team leadership, community engagement, and marketing. She strives to establish meaningful relationships with local organizations, extending credit union membership, financial wellness, and services to their employees and families. Her belief in prioritizing community over competition, drives her to collaborate on and support valuable initiatives that uplift our communities. Currently, she holds a position on the Board of Directors for Melissa’s Second Chances, a local non-profit animal rescue facility in Shawnee, KS. Additionally, she plays an active role in the Olathe Chamber, contributing her time as Chairman Liaison, and getting involved with the Young Professionals and Economic Development Council.
