Sara has eight years of experience in Business Development at Truity Credit Union. She is a dynamic speaker with a fresh perspective on traditional financial topics, providing resources for our community partners through seminars, community support and financial education. Sara specializes in new employee training, event planning and board development. Currently, she serves on the boards for the Bartlesville Regional United Way, Ray of Hope Advocacy Center and Washington County Mental Health Association.
Cultivating community relations through sponsorships, events, and local involvement, Lacy serves as an advocate in the Bartlesville and Houston markets. She actively develops relationships with potential members and existing Community Partners through Truity’s significant level of community interaction. While coordinating Johnny Appleseed events, financial seminars, and sponsorship opportunities, she is also knowledgeable in accounts, loans, and member services. Lacy currently serves as Vice President of the Young Professionals of Bartlesville, as well as several local non-profits.
Tim is involved with the Lawrence Chamber and various local not-for-profit associations. Tim serves on the Finance Committee at his church and sits on the Board of Directors at the Lawrence Schools Foundation and Hilltop Development Center at KU. Working with community partners to foster strong working relationships and collaborating to provide superior member service within the community is truly his passion. Tim’s extensive knowledge of the retail side of the Credit Union positions him well to help with improving our member’s financial wellness. Whether one-on-one meetings are needed or group presentations, Tim is here to help.
Kirby graduated from the University of Arkansas and is a die-hard Razorback fan. She is very involved in both the Springdale and Fayetteville Chambers through sponsorships and events as well as serving as a current Fayetteville Diplomat and member of Leadership Fayetteville Class 28. Kirby also serves on the Washington Regional Center Eagle Awards and the Dream Big Gala committees. When she is not building relationships with current and prospective Community Partners or presenting financial seminars to local schools, she volunteers with Meals on Wheels and for the Glass Slipper Prom Project.
