If you have an active Truity credit card, you now have access to two powerful tools to help you keep tabs on your account status and activity.

Real Time Alerts

Choose to receive text or email alerts that let you know when specific transaction types occur (gas stations, online, international, etc.), as well as alerts to let you know when a payment is due, you’re approaching your credit limit or over your limit, and when your contact information has changed.

Register for Alerts

Setting up alerts is easy and fast, and you can change your alerts at any time.

  1. First, log in to your online banking account, then click Credit Cards, then the Communications tab.
  2. Select “member alerts” and then “manage alerts.”
  3. There, you’ll find a large selection of alerts and notifications, and you can opt in to receive the alerts you think will be most helpful.

Credit Card Text Banking

If you’re looking for a way to quickly check your account on the go without logging in, Text Banking is exactly what you need. After registering for Credit Card Alerts, you’ll be able to easily request and receive account information via text message by texting various short code commands to 72488, including:

Credit Card Text Banking # 72488

Command What it means
Bal Account balances and available credit

In order to participate in credit card text banking, you must first register for credit card alerts (instructions above). The Member Alerts page includes a list of available commands.
